Does telehealth physiotherapy actually work?
Yes. For most work related injuries, a guided video assessment lets us diagnose, treat and progress your recovery, with exercise and education tailored to you. We will tell you honestly if you need to be seen in person.
Where is Virtual Care available?
Right across Australia. It is built for regional, remote and time poor workers who cannot easily get to a clinic.
What do I need for the call?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and a bit of space to move. We send a secure video link, with no apps to install.
Does it cost the same as in clinic?
Yes. Virtual Care is charged at the same rates, and approved workers comp and CTP appointments are billed directly to the insurer.
Can my employer refer me?
Yes. We take early intervention referrals from employers and case managers, and can start care quickly to keep recovery on track.
Will my case manager get a report?
Yes. Every compensable case gets same day clinical reporting, so your claim keeps moving.
