Good to know before you book

Can I have CTP physiotherapy by telehealth?
In many schemes yes. Victoria's TAC funds telehealth physiotherapy at the full rate, the Northern Territory's TIO covers it, and NSW CTP claims are treated and billed directly. We confirm the position for your insurer before we start.
I live hours from the nearest physiotherapist. Can you still help?
Yes. That is exactly who PACT Virtual Care is for. We start your care by secure video, and arrange an in person mobile physiotherapist where one is available near you.
Do I need a referral?
Some CTP schemes require a doctor referral or insurer approval before treatment. We will tell you what your scheme needs and help you get set up.
Will my insurer get reports?
Yes. Every compensable case gets same day clinical reporting so your claim keeps moving.
Is online physiotherapy the same as telehealth?
Yes. Online physiotherapy and telehealth physiotherapy are the same thing at PACT: a secure video consultation with an AHPRA registered physiotherapist, with the same reporting and insurer billing as an in person visit.
