Start the claim on the right track

The first few weeks of a work injury claim set the tone for everything that follows. PACT Virtual Care gets a physiotherapist in front of the worker fast, with a clear diagnosis, a recovery plan and reporting your insurer and employer can use, no matter how remote the worker is.

  • A real assessment and working diagnosis on the first call
  • Recover at work focus, woven through every consultation
  • AHTRs, progress reports and outcome measures handled on schedule
  • Mobile physiotherapy arranged where a local clinician is available
  • NSW. icare and SIRA claims billed directly.
  • Queensland. WorkCover Queensland, by video with prior approval we arrange.
  • South Australia. ReturnToWorkSA telehealth.
  • Comcare. Federal workers, anywhere in Australia.
  • Victoria and others. Mobile first visit where needed, then telehealth.
We confirm your cover before we start, so you always know where you stand.

Get support in your area

Cannot get to a physiotherapist near you? Fill this in and we will call you back. We start care by telehealth, and arrange an in person mobile physiotherapist where one is available in your area. On an accepted workers compensation or CTP claim there is nothing for you to pay.

We will be in touch within one business day. Your details are used only to arrange your care.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know before you book

Can a NSW physiotherapist treat my workers compensation claim in another state?
Often yes. Physiotherapy registration is national, and most schemes do not require the provider to be in your state. What matters is that the treatment is approved by your insurer. We confirm your cover before we start.
Is telehealth physiotherapy covered by workers compensation?
In many schemes yes. NSW, South Australia and Comcare fund telehealth physiotherapy, and Queensland funds it by video with prior approval. We confirm the position for your scheme before we begin.
What if I also need to be seen in person?
Where a mobile physiotherapist is available near you, we arrange an in person home or workplace visit. Where one is not available yet, telehealth keeps your recovery moving in the meantime.
Does my case manager get reporting?
Yes. Every compensable case gets same day clinical reporting, written with a clear recovery at work focus, so your claim keeps moving.
Do I need a GP referral to see a physio on workers comp in NSW?
No. Under SIRA rules you can start physiotherapy without a GP referral, and the first eight sessions on an accepted claim are pre approved. You need a claim number; the Certificate of Capacity comes from your nominated treating doctor for the claim itself.
Can I choose my own physio for my workers comp claim?
Yes. In NSW you choose your own SIRA approved physiotherapist, including a telehealth provider, and you can change physios during a claim. If you move to PACT mid claim we take over with one pre approved session and handle the approval paperwork.
Is online physiotherapy the same as telehealth?
Yes. Online physiotherapy and telehealth physiotherapy are the same thing at PACT: a secure video consultation with an AHPRA registered physiotherapist, with the same reporting and insurer billing as an in person visit.
