Who we are

What we collect
We collect the information needed to deliver and improve RADAR. That includes enquiry details you send us (such as your name, organisation, role, email and phone), and, on an active claim, the clinical information relevant to the worker's recovery and capacity.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver the RADAR program.
- To coordinate with the treating team and the GP, who signs off on capacity.
- To produce the reports and decisions that are part of the program.
The rules we work to
We handle clinical and enquiry information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the SIRA Workers Compensation Guidelines.
De identified case data
De identified case data may be retained to refine the RADAR methodology. No individual worker is identifiable in that aggregate.
