Physical

- Unlike most psychological programs, physical exercise is central, proven to drive recovery, within physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology scope
- Cognitive Coaching is a physical arm tool only. The GP signs off on capacity.
On the physical arm the worker moves from passive treatment to active, exercise led recovery and an Exercise Physiology transition, with Cognitive Coaching available when the measures show yellow flags below the psychology threshold. On the psychological arm the treating psychologist leads, and physical exercise is central as the evidence based adjunct within physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology scope. Cognitive Coaching is a physical arm tool only.
