Early flag identified. A timely assessment and intervention.
Refer a Pulse when a flag has been identified early and you want a timely, objective read before the claim becomes complex.

What is included
- A telehealth review (a RADAR physiotherapist or exercise physiologist on the physical arm, a RADAR psychologist on the psychological arm)
- A Trajectory Audit Report (the Functional Progress Ratio plus the objective measures)
- A GP letter and a Clinical Course Decision
- A clear recommendation to the employer and insurer
Both arms run at this tier. On the physical arm the work is steered to an Exercise Physiology transition with Cognitive Coaching available; on the psychological arm the treating psychologist leads, with physical exercise as the evidence based adjunct. Same engine, same price.
Where it sits in the range
Pulse is the read. Unlike Vector it does not add the four sessions over six weeks, the interim measures, the Independent Clinical Review case conference, or Cognitive Coaching. Unlike Summit it does not add the further Independent Clinical Reviews, the further sessions with an Exercise Physiology transition, or the closing review. It gives you a fast, objective picture and a Clinical Course Decision, so you know where the claim sits before committing further.
Let's complete what's already been started.
Refer a complex or chronic claim into RADAR and give the team already on it the visibility and direction to see it through to recovery.
