Treating providers are skilled, capable practitioners. RADAR does not exist because anyone is under educated or over servicing. The complex claim is simply hard, and hard claims benefit from more visibility and more to work with.
Referring a claim into RADAR is a way of backing you, the treating provider, with support. It never replaces the treating team, and it never moves the worker away from you.

A short, collegial competency check
You complete six short clinical case studies. It is RADAR's own competency check that confirms you work to the principles you already work to under your SIRA workers compensation approval. It is not a SIRA accreditation.
If an answer flags a gap, PACT shares a short information sheet on that topic and offers a collegial Independent Clinical Review. That is the whole of it. There is no pay for time, no ranking, and no audit.
An Independent Clinical Review is a collegial case conference between the RADAR clinician and you, the treating provider, to review the claim together and agree the plan. It is never an audit. Vector includes one; Summit includes up to three, about one every four weeks. It is included in the tier fee, and you still bill the insurer for your own case conference as you normally would.

RADAR enables the team already on the claim. The worker does not move to a new clinician or a parallel program.
