Active support, with the treating team aligned.
Refer a Vector when the claim would benefit from active support: a block of telehealth sessions, a collegial case conference with the treating provider to agree the plan, and Cognitive Coaching where the measures show it is needed.

What is included
- Everything in Pulse
- Four telehealth sessions over six weeks
- Interim objective measures to track progress
- One Independent Clinical Review: a collegial case conference between the RADAR clinician and the treating provider, to review the claim together and agree the plan
- Cognitive Coaching on the physical arm, when the objective measures show yellow flags below the threshold for psychology
- A Clinical Course Decision on the next step
Both arms run at this tier. On the physical arm the work is steered to an Exercise Physiology transition with Cognitive Coaching available; on the psychological arm the treating psychologist leads, with physical exercise as the evidence based adjunct. Same engine, same price.
Where it sits in the range
Vector adds active support. On top of Pulse it adds four telehealth sessions over six weeks, interim objective measures, one Independent Clinical Review (a collegial case conference with the treating provider to agree the plan), and Cognitive Coaching on the physical arm when the measures show it is needed. Summit then adds more of that sustained support: further Independent Clinical Reviews, a further block of sessions with a full Exercise Physiology transition or structured handover, and a closing review.
Let's complete what's already been started.
Refer a complex or chronic claim into RADAR and give the team already on it the visibility and direction to see it through to recovery.
