Feedback and complaints
If something is not right, we want to know. Good feedback makes us better.

We welcome your feedback
Whether it is praise, a suggestion or a concern, we genuinely want to hear it. Raising a concern will never affect the care you receive from us.
How to raise something
The easiest first step is to talk to Andrew or the team, call us on (02) 8330 6776, or email [email protected]. Tell us what happened and what you would like to see put right.
What we will do
We will listen, acknowledge your concern promptly, and work with you to resolve it as quickly as we reasonably can. We treat all feedback respectfully and in confidence.
If you are still not satisfied
You are always free to take a concern further. In NSW you can contact the Health Care Complaints Commission at hccc.nsw.gov.au. Concerns about a practitioner's registration or conduct can also go to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) at ahpra.gov.au.
