Under the NSW motor accident scheme, you can usually access treatment for your injuries in the early period of your claim even if you were at fault, on an accepted claim. We can help you get started, and your insurer confirms your entitlements for your situation.

Getting around after an accident can be hard. PACT Virtual Care offers telehealth physiotherapy across NSW, so you can be assessed and guided from home. Telehealth under a claim can need your insurer's approval, which we help arrange.
No out of pocket cost
On an accepted workers compensation or CTP claim, your treatment is billed directly to the insurer. There is no gap and nothing for you to pay at your appointment, and we handle the invoicing for you. If you are a private patient, see our fees.
