How a CTP claim works with us

On an accepted CTP claim, treatment that is reasonable and necessary is billed directly to your insurer, so there is no gap and nothing for you to pay. Your care uses the same Certificate of Capacity as a workers compensation claim, completed by your nominated doctor.

We manage the paperwork, communicate with your insurer and provide same day clinical reports, so your claim keeps moving while you recover.

Good to know

You can usually start regardless of fault

Under the NSW motor accident scheme, you can usually access treatment for your injuries in the early period of your claim even if you were at fault, on an accepted claim. Starting the right treatment early tends to help, so do not wait to be seen. Your insurer confirms your entitlements.

If getting to Miranda is difficult after your accident, PACT Virtual Care offers telehealth physiotherapy across NSW. Telehealth under a claim can need insurer approval, which we help arrange.
