Physiotherapy after a car accident
After a car accident, the right physiotherapy early can make a real difference. We treat your injuries, bill your CTP insurer directly with no gap, and look after the claim side for you.
The first weeks count
Pain after a car accident often shows up a day or two later, as the initial adrenaline settles. Whiplash, neck stiffness, headaches and back pain are all common.
Getting a proper assessment and the right early treatment helps you settle the pain, keep moving and avoid a short problem turning into a long one.
Common injuries after a crash
We assess and treat the injuries that come from motor accidents, large and small.
- Whiplash and neck pain
- Headaches linked to the neck
- Back pain and stiffness
- Shoulder and soft tissue injuries
- Loss of movement and confidence
Your CTP claim, handled for you
On an accepted CTP claim, reasonable and necessary treatment is billed directly to your insurer, so there is no gap and nothing for you to pay. Your care uses the same Certificate of Capacity as a workers compensation claim, completed by your nominated doctor.
We manage the paperwork and the insurer communication, and you can usually access treatment in the early period of your claim regardless of fault. Your insurer confirms your entitlements.
Sore and cannot travel?
If getting in is hard right now, PACT Virtual Care offers telehealth physiotherapy across NSW, so you can start your recovery from home. Telehealth under a claim can need insurer approval, which we help arrange.
No out of pocket cost
On an accepted workers compensation or CTP claim, your treatment is billed directly to the insurer. There is no gap and nothing for you to pay at your appointment, and we handle the invoicing for you. If you are a private patient, see our fees.
