The difference

Physio that fits around work, not the other way around

Most clinics close right when you finish work. We do the opposite. Our doors are open early, late and across the weekend so your appointment can sit before your shift, after the school run or on a Saturday morning, instead of eating into a work day.

We are open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 9pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:30am to 6pm. That means a 7:30am start before the office, a 7pm session on the way home, or a weekend slot when the week is too full. You pick the time that costs you the least.

If you need to be seen quickly, same day appointments are often available too. Call (02) 8330 6776 or book online and we will find the first time that suits you.

  • Early morning starts from 7:30am on weekdays
  • Evening appointments up to 9pm Monday to Friday
  • Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am to 6pm
  • Same day appointments often available
  • One clinic in Miranda, easy parking, easy access
Built for workers

Ideal if you cannot take time off during the day

Tradies, shift workers, office staff, parents juggling pick ups. If a 10am appointment is simply not realistic for you, our hours are built for exactly that. You can keep your work day intact and still get hands on treatment, a clear plan and exercises that actually fit your routine.

Coming in injured but still working? We will shape your management around your day to day so you can stay active and keep earning while you recover. No need to choose between your job and your treatment.

Already on a workers compensation claim? Our after hours times make it far easier to keep your sessions consistent, which is exactly what supports a steady return to work.

What we treat

Full physiotherapy, just at better times

After hours does not mean a stripped back service. Every appointment is a full physiotherapy session with assessment, hands on treatment and a plan you can follow. The only thing that changes is the clock.

We help with back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches, shoulder and knee problems, ankle sprains, sports injuries and ongoing pain. Treatment is evidence based and tailored to you, drawing on hands on techniques, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation as needed.

Workers compensation

After hours sessions on an accepted claim

If you have an accepted NSW workers compensation claim, we can usually start your physiotherapy without waiting for further approval. Where your injury has not been treated by a physiotherapist before and treatment begins within three months of your injury, SIRA allows up to eight sessions before any further approval is needed.

After that, we simply send your insurer an Allied Health Treatment Request setting out your progress and proposed plan, and continue your care once it is approved. Throughout, your treatment is billed directly to your insurer, so there is no gap fee and nothing for you to pay at your appointment.

Every claim is a little different, so we confirm your exact arrangement with your insurer or case manager before we begin. Our after hours times simply make it easier to keep sessions regular while you stay at or return to work.

  • Accepted claims billed directly to your insurer, no gap fee
  • Up to eight pre approved sessions where treatment starts within three months and the injury has not been treated by a physio, chiro, osteo or accredited exercise physiologist before
  • Further treatment requested through an Allied Health Treatment Request once the insurer approves
  • We confirm the exact arrangement with your insurer or case manager
